I am sorry to hear that you found the icing to taste sour.

I can see that you did order our vegan Victoria sponge cake. This cake is made with a vegan cream cheese icing which is slightly sour in comparison to our other icing types.

I would perhaps recommend one of our cakes with a vegan buttercream or chocolate ganache icing for future as these are sweeter and may be more to your taste.
