Excellent quality and cheaper than amazon. There was a bit of a glitch on the website which meant I was overcharged for my order. The following day I received a phone call to let me know. A couple of hours after the call the money was back in my account. Brilliant service. They’ve been added to my favourites and have already been recommended to others

Have been buying lights from the solar centre for years now and they’ve been fantastic, even working on the multitude of dull days we’ve been having. One of the light I purchased last year became faulty. It was within warranty, so I contacted the company. Ella and Nicole arranged for a replacement to be sent, which is very much appreciated as it can be problematic trying to replace a faulty item after this length of time. Will continue to buy all my solar lights from them. The eco wedges I bought over three years ago are still going strong 👍

Very disappointed. I ordered a bench set in late April, my money being taken on the 25th. I read on the website that delivery can take around 5 weeks. It also states that the customer should not contact the company and that they would be in touch with a delivery date. Roll on to the 5th week, I get an email telling me the bench I’d paid for is out of stock. They’re terribly sorry, but the gift that had been purchased as part of an anniversary present wouldn’t arrive after all that waiting. I have been looking for a suitable replacement since, but it’s too late in the season it seems and most have sold out. ‘Something’ went wrong, but that still leaves me without a bench. What I was offered instead was a small picnic bench, nothing like what I’d actually purchased.
I wish now I’d ignored the request not to contact them, at least I might have found out earlier that my order was ignored and it would have given me time to rectify the situation.
Sadly one star is all I could give as there is nothing positive to say about my experience.

Excellent service and a chair that is as good as new. The first chair we received developed a fault. Having informed the company, a replacement was dispatched. Have already recommended to others.
