Shout-out to Anna and James in customer support. Both are super-quick to respond to problems and queries, even at weekends and Bank Holidays. I like the feeling of their being able to tune in remotely to what I am doing/ whether the collar is working properly. And when it became clear it wasn't, Anna managed to send a new replacement quicker than I dared hope.

Awful service. Unspecified delay on product, after 8 days tried to cancel, having bought elsewhere meantime. Online cancellation function not working so sent email to cancel, customer service reply told me to cancel online (!) or ring (did so -17th in queue) and finally advised emails were taking up to 4 DAYS to reply to. Heavy bag of dog food still arrived via DPD and driver scarpered before I could tell him to take it back. Viovet refused point blank to pay for return postage.

Customer service with Pettracer is second to none; an especial shout-out to Zoe who handled my issue of fading battery after a couple of years with alacrity and very efficiently. Having a real person to deal with gives such reassurance, and a sense that there would always be someone to help guide you with the device itself.
