I absolutely love following you and…

I absolutely love following you and really did not want to post a review but I paid priority delivery at £9.99 to receive in 48 hours and still 3 days later I haven't received anything. When will I get this?

No customer care response!!!!

Love using laybuy never had no issues up until now. I recieved an email saying that they detected suspicious activity on my account and need to change my password.. however my current number on my account has been disabled and I now have a new number. I have no way of resetting my password. I can not access my account to make payments which will now cause late charge fees which they will expect me to pay even though I have been trying for 2 days to contact customer care team to help me resolve the issue. I have not received any response to my emails sent which is getting frustrating now as I have payments that need paying, there is no number to contact them on and no live chat. How can you get an issue resolved if customer support don't respond to customers..? I will not be happy now if I am expected to pay extra charges for something that is not my fault!

How on earth are you supposed to get in…

How on earth are you supposed to get in touch with customer care. I have sent 2 messages and had no response. I have placed and order and have been told this has been returned and cancelled. Try to contact customer care to see why and can't get no response at all

I'm sorry to hear your order was cancelled. This will likely be due to your item(s) going out of stock before your order was picked and packed.
We are an online based company, which does mean that we do not have a telephone line for facilitating incoming/outgoing calls. However, we are available 24/7 via email, Facebook messenger and apple messages -

Due to high volumes over the Christmas period, it may take a little longer than the 24 hours response time-frame for an email reply, however someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Poor service

Poor service, driver knocked once then took off leaving my package infront of my door for the walking public to see. I had no calling card or confirmation of delivery. I only received confirmation of delivery once I contacted yodel to complain of the service. I then witnessed the driver doing the same to a neighbour. Just leaving the parcel directly at the door rather than a 'safe place'.
