This was our 8th trip with Pavlus and we already have two more scheduled so far. Once again, we booked our annual vacation via Pavlus. Our agent, Lauren, helped us plan the trip so that we had the best possible experience. This trip was a Tauck River Cruise down the Seine River in France plus stops in London and Paris. Lauren replied quickly to all of our many questions and the end result was a fantastic vacation. We have booked via Pavlus at least 6 times the the past and have two future cruises already booked. Lauren and the entire Pavlus team provide exceptional service.
