Staff are always lovely and friendly.
Tallulah in Washington Store went above my expectations today.
Mentioned I wouldn’t bought more but my size wasn’t available. Kindly offered to order into store or home delivery for free. Reminded me of my River Island App & confirmed the Black Friday discount too on the items purchased.
Couldn’t have asked for more. She was lovely.

I paid for express next day delivery which did not happen. I also contacted customer services whom at 5.30pm were not helpful at all when I explained the courier had the product but not confirmed a delivery slot.
I understand it was the courier issue but Matalan as the supplier need to use a reliable company other than Evri. They are hopeless.

Even though the courier damaged the items, the company pulled out all stops to get a new batch sent out while waiting to sort out the damages in the background. Saved me a cancellation charge with a tradesman too by getting the replacement out in time.
