They merged my two meters TWO months ago, yet both meters are still consuming electricity and my smart meter isn’t connected. On top of that, they keep taking random amounts from my direct debit every few days without explanation.
I’ve chased them for 14 days and called twice — both times promised a same-day reply, and both times ignored.
For such a big company, this level of incompetence is unbelievable. If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what they’d get.
