They merged my two meters TWO months…

They merged my two meters TWO months ago, yet both meters are still consuming electricity and my smart meter isn’t connected. On top of that, they keep taking random amounts from my direct debit every few days without explanation.

I’ve chased them for 14 days and called twice — both times promised a same-day reply, and both times ignored.

For such a big company, this level of incompetence is unbelievable. If zero stars were possible, that’s exactly what they’d get.

Order is not completed

I ordered two items from onbuy, but I only got one. I checked out as a guest, but I cannot login to my account saying "Request failed security validation."
I cannot find the customer service or any email to contact the company. It is a scam, do not trust.
