The online price while doing evaluation seems fine but when you go for appointment, they offer much less. Strange things is they offer even less than what official dealer offer by approx 2.5K. Motorway would be better choice as price were offered good even better than dealers. Avoid at all cost just waste of time. I went as its very near by.
I have sent the details at that very moment as requested. I think the Valuation team is not good at croydon branch.
I went next day and yes its no obligation service. It was offered approx 17.5k and valuation was approx 19800. By the way sold it for 20,250 to Big motoring world. So you can imagine how bad the valuation was at your center.. Thanks

The car xc40 decided not to start on Saturday and its a hybrid. I had a baby and they said within 60 min someone will come but It took 5 hours for them to come in central area because its all outsourced to 3 party and no one was working on Saturday until 6 pm. Guys came and could not fix so it was up recovery. I tild there is height limit in the parking still someone came late with vehicle which would not pass (3rd party) and they dont have vehicle which can come inside. In the end I had to release the parking brake somehow and it was pushed till gate and recovered. I told the volvo support to raise the hire car request and he said he is doing and he dint do it. Next day when I called, that nice person did not raise hire car request. Case was raised next day and Enterprise dint have car to provide till 4 pm. Its worst service of all. Most of the The team is not professional and 3rd party they use is not good. Simply pathetic service. And volvo wanted me to contact enterprise even i told him not sure which branch contacted me and i dont know what number. What a shameful service.
The costa at Heathrow terminal 4 start selling other brand packed items if they are out if stock.. they were out of croissant and they gave from some packets of 4 like super store tesco etc. sell.. it was very bad quality.. does not face this in any city costa cafe.. really disappointed with quality at this.. someone from costa should look into such incidents.
If you park there even for a minute because of confusion, they will fine you- what a inhuman behaviour. They seem not to have any humanity left only money needed. what a shame
