Warranty is useless…

I am currently having trouble with having any support from ace magician. I have a 3 year warranty and one year of use it will not boot normally and have done usual troubleshooting and have deemed it hardware failure. Trying to get a rma but support is horrible DO NOT Buy from this company

If your machine has a hardware failure and is within the warranty period, please email us your order number and the problem you encountered, and we will process a replacement for you immediately.

We recently purchased a massage table. Jeanette Vargas was our representative and we could have not been more pleased with the way Jeanette completed the transaction. She is professional, thorough and is a credit to the company. We are thankful for employees like Jeanette.
