Shipping and Delivery time is not as advertised.

I had ordered the products on Oct 1st because it said they will be shipped in 48 hrs to 7 days and delivery will be by Oct 14th latest. It’s Oct 12th and they have not been shipped yet. I keep getting the same response that they are in final stages of quality check. I also did not customize anything as I needed them urgently and will still have to alter them after they arrive. If I do not get them by Oct 14th, there is absolutely no use of them to me, and spending thousands of dollars when delivery time is not as advertised is frustrating.

No delivery on Mother's Day

No delivery on Mother's Day. Waited the whole day. Worst experience ever. Could not reach customer service. I wish there was a 0 rating. This is a fraudulent company. Do not order anything from here. Everything on their website is a lie.

I never got to see one attraction

I never got to see one attraction - 360 degree Chicago as we couldn’t make it that day. I called prior to the booking and after the booking to please allow us to go as we never could make it due to illness. I was told that their system shows that we used the pass which we hadn’t, and that was the whole reason I was calling customer care. I spent over 2 hrs to resolve this issue, explaining over and over again and also spoke to the supervisor Mr Guns. It was a terrible waste of time as there was no resolution. I was told they will call back or give a partial refund but neither happened. Over all worst customer care experience, where a simple issue could not be resolved and was a waste of time and money.
