Total engagement with the transaction (replacement battery for a machine 11 years old) including phone calls before purchase and after fitting and a long and informed discussion about battery management. And the packing and delivery were absolutely first class.

RAPID AND LOGICAL
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEM YET BUT THE ORDERING PROCESS WAS EXTREMELY EASY AND RAPID AND HASSLE-FREE. ALSO NEXT-DAY DELIVERY WAS CHEAP COMPARED WITH OTHERS. ONE SELLER WANTED £17 TO DELIVER SOMETIME IN MAY! CRAZY.
