Great selection of products , brands & fast delivery. To bad I live in SF bc you can’t ship juice anymore but i’ll still buy coils and batteries from element.
Staff is friendly when I’ve dealt with them via phone as well .

Yes , I purchased 3 tickets for the smash room at the pier in SF for 156.$ My tickets never came through on the website or an email so when we got there they said I had to log in which showed I had paid but no tickets were sent on the email. The kid working was so high I don’t think he knew where he was & he said he was only there to close which was still a hour away, he did call the manager & she had no way of finding my tickets on their end if I didn’t have a QR code . Needless to say we didn’t do the smash room & Amex will be disputing the charge of $156.

Thanks for your feedback. We show no active notes on your account in regard to a cancellation / refund request. Each of the venues listed on our site have a cancellation policy in which we are required to follow. This particular venue has a no cancellation policy. Can you please provide us further information as to why you're needing a refund?
