Worst customer service I have ever…

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was promised a return shipping refund as I had to pay for this myself due to receiving the wrong size. They made the refund in the wrong currency, meaning that it was a fraction of what I paid and furthermore I had to pay for the initial shipping since they only refunded a partial amount.

It has now been more than 3 months. I have sent countless emails and they just claim that they already made the refunds.

There is repeatedly an issue with the…

There is repeatedly an issue with the the sizing information online. They do not know their international sizing. Four orders have had items where the size does not match the stated size online. I ordered 5 items once and 3 of the items were a different size than ordered. A dress that was stated as an XS turned out to be a danish size 38, yet they claimed it was an italian 38 - when it is a danish clothing brand. They did not offer any compensation for this.

Verste selskapet jeg har vært borti

Verste selskapet jeg har vært borti! I likhet med flere andre her har jeg opplevd å få inkassovarsel flere ganger på fakturaer som er betalt for lenge siden. Fakturaene sender de også ut lenge etter fakturadato slik at man mottar de når de allerede har forfalt. Kan umulig være lovlig å jukse med fakturadato på denne måten. De svarer heller ikke på mail.

Latterlig dyr retur sammenlignet med…

Latterlig dyr retur sammenlignet med tilsvarende butikker. Retur kommer heller aldri frem, tok ca. 1,5 mnd fra jeg returnerte til de mottok varen som resulterte i mange telefoner til Svea for å utsette/pause faktura.

Dreadful customer service

Dreadful customer service! I had no issues with this website until I needed to return an item. I tried to send the item back with UPS using the return label they provided, but it came in return due to an error that was unknown to me at the time. I contacted them and they sent me a new return label to use when I sent it back to them the second time. Another month passed. I tried to contact them several times after this, but never heard back from them. I then contacted them through their live chat and I was told they would check the status of the package with UPS, but I never heard back from them. I called UPS myself and they told be that the package was on its was back to me for the second time due to an error. It turns out The Outnet chose the wrong shipping method twice, so that the label was not valid either time and the package is therefore being sent back. At this point I am not able to contact them though email, I just get a message back saying their server rejects my emails. I will try to call them to get a new return label. It has been almost 3 months now, so I feel like they should have just processed my refund already if they wanted to keep their customers. It is their fault that the item has not arrived back and I’m the one using my time and energy on this…
