Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service! I had no issues with this website until I needed to return an item. I tried to send the item back with UPS using the return label they provided, but it came in return due to an error that was unknown to me at the time. I contacted them and they sent me a new return label to use when I sent it back to them the second time. Another month passed. I tried to contact them several times after this, but never heard back from them. I then contacted them through their live chat and I was told they would check the status of the package with UPS, but I never heard back from them. I called UPS myself and they told be that the package was on its was back to me for the second time due to an error. It turns out The Outnet chose the wrong shipping method twice, so that the label was not valid either time and the package is therefore being sent back. At this point I am not able to contact them though email, I just get a message back saying their server rejects my emails. I will try to call them to get a new return label. It has been almost 3 months now, so I feel like they should have just processed my refund already if they wanted to keep their customers. It is their fault that the item has not arrived back and I’m the one using my time and energy on this…
