My order didn’t arrive
My order didn’t arrive. I got no confirmation email after I made the order. I waited till the due date and then couldn’t find any way of contacting customer service on the website. Eventually I thought I’d try Instagram and did get very prompt assistance once I reached out. A new order was made, without expedited delivery. I wasn’t given any reason for the non-delivery of my original order. I think my first order was made on 12 Feb. It took till 19 Mar to get the order delivered. I am happy with the calendar and service but was very disappointed the replacement order couldn’t be hurried up and that no explanation was given as to why the original order wasn’t sent in the first place.

Pros & Cons
Pros: Easy import of pics. Very fast delivery. Good quality product. Cons: limited template options for photos. One of my pics was blurry once printed - I would have changed it if I’d known it was too big for the format. Also thought I’d asked for most ‘holidays’ in list to be removed but they weren’t. But overall very happy with our calendar thank you!
