The customer service provided by Nadia of the Cork Company was incredible. I initially bought the bag off of eBay, it was delayed, then eBay’s global shipper prohibited it. I ordered straight from the Cork Company and not only did Nadia get it shipped quickly, she included a free gift for the difficulties that were not under her control. Thanks very much!
