i paid to top off my account, send them money in bitcoin and my wallet still shows 0$. bad experience possibly got scammed

Have you checked under "edit profile" to check your crypto wallet? The amount you see on the main screen is your USD amount. Hope this helps!

they gave me a free usability audit and its actually really useful. im actually a QA as well, and they did way better than i woulda done. they give free service which would normally cost at least 200$ im impressed, honest trustworthy company!
