Would not hesitate to use again

Super customer service at both ends of the contract. The team is available and friendly and actually organised something extra specifically for me that went above and beyond. I love dealing with real people locally. Would not hesitate to use again

It took far too long for the operative…

It took far too long for the operative to realise what the problem was. Also, if I had been sent my new licence key in the first place I wouldn't have needed to contact support. I've had to contact Iris support a few times over the last 16 months and I've always been struck by how incredibly poor the service is, along with terrible background administrative functions

It has taken me over a week to actually…

It has taken me over a week to actually be able to speak to someone to set up my new payroll package. It has been very stressful and frustrating! I sent 2 e mails which were completely ignored but finally got through on the phone (5th time lucky)
