Scam or Exceptionally poor service

Ordered something December 1st that said it would be shipped next day. It's now December 13th, it still hasn't been shipped, the delivery date is now showing for after Christmas, and customer service has not responded at all (days later) despite saying they respond to all queries within 12 working hours.

Feels like I have been scammed.

Edit: In response to the reply, this shows how poor the customer service is. As I already mentioned, the item hasn't even been shipped yet, let alone delivered, over 2 weeks after purchasing. It's now been over 5 days, and no response from customer services either (although a very generic and incorrect templated response on here)

Complete Waste Of Time/No integrity

Complete waste of time. Complete biased outcome. Wish I had read the reviews here before I even bothered. Provided them with a photo of my parking ticket, there was also a photo showing it clearly displayed in my windscreen, but because the machine didn't print my full registration they upheld the fine, even though I was not the only case on the same day. Don't bother, just await a court date if it comes where you should get a fairer adjudication.

And before I get the templated response. Note I was not the only person whose registration was incorrectly printed, as you yourselves stated. There is no contractual agreement for customers to pay for the fault of the parking machines.

Based on the events you have explained, it would be at the parking operators discretion whether they wished to continue pursuing the parking charge notice or not. Once an appeal reaches us, we have to look at this from a more contractual point of view and establish whether the terms of the car park were broken or not. We are sorry that we were unable to assist you further on this occasion.

Ordered Never Arrived, Customer Service Non-Existent

Ordered this for a Birthday instead of a cake. Order didn't arrive, nobody on Customer Service picked up the phone despite the recorded message saying that they should have been open. Nobody responded to DMs on Social Media or to the email I sent. Not once was I updated to say that the order would not be coming or was even running late, the tracking app remained on 'Preparing Your Order' for the entire day, and the estimated delivery time remained unchanged even hours after the estimated time had passed. Taste of the doughnuts in general has got worse (they used to be amazing in fairness), but can't comment on my latest order because it never turned up, and I massively disappointed someone on their Birthday as a result. To say I am annoyed would be both a polite and understated expression of my opinion on their service.

I'm very sorry for your experience as detailed,
Unfortunately there were some issues with our 3rd party courier partners who were unable to deliver on time. We have escalated this unacceptable issue with them but I appreciate it is of little comfort.

I understand my colleague has refunded your order and we hope we are able to provide a new delivery, completely on us, as a gesture of goodwill.

Customer Service was 5*

Customer Service was great. I forgot to add an item to my basket, realised as soon as I checked out, and created a separate order.

Contacted customer services and spoke to Chloe. They merged my orders and refunded my delivery charge for 1 of the orders. They were very quick to respond, and were a pleasure to deal with.
