no quibble refund

On my second order of PIB I accidentally ordered a single linen sheet instead of a King. I was mortified as I didn't realise until I was trying to get it to fit on the bed. I had already thrown the packaging away and thought "well that's £70 odd down the drain" but Jake in customer services couldn't have been more helpful. As I hadn't used or washed the bedding, they were able to take it back and issue me with a gift code which I've just used to buy the correct size. Amazing customer care and beautifully soft linen bedding.

Great quality and value for money

I moved house and replaced the bedding for all three bedrooms from Dusk, new mattress and pillow protectors, duvets and pillows (mix of real down and feels like down pillows) All fantastic quality and great value for money. Couldn't be happier.

Ultra quick response at a very affordable rate. Got my Fit to Work letter on the same day as my application. I needed specific wording for a French client (I'm a model) and they were happy to integrate that into the final letter. The online process seemed really thorough. I think being asked to upload a video was really good. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
