AMENDED REVIEW:
the CEO reached out to me directly and made all this right. There was a HUGE problem with the sales and marketing teams that were hired, which ultimately resulted in this issue. But now the CEO, Andrea has stepped in and made this all right. He truly did what was necessary to make this all right.
