Shame about the actual cakes.

Service faultless - dispatched quickly, well packaged (frozen) cakes. Unfortunately tasteless. We ordered two in June - red velvet was ok but really just tasted sweet. Maybe that’s the point. But the coffee cake which we kept for a later birthday is hugely disappointing. Sponge and cream have no flavour at all. No texture either like everything has been aerated to minimise actual content and ingredients both icing cream and cake itself. Won’t buy again and don’t recommend. Close your eyes and you wouldn’t know what you were eating. An expensive mistake.

No issue with site and delivery service. But think Shipley fee for just a platform is high - £80 fee and £20 went Shipley- 25%

Order reviewed and approved over weekend and delivered by Royal Mail next working day so all good. Just wish p&p was a bit cheaper

Delivery took a while coming from Denmark. Don’t know if normal or food out of stock. Fair play for being competitively priced but to order regularly I would need dog food delivered in less than a week.
