Fabulous delivery and communication when initially having issues with the website. Ordered Sunday morning, and arrived early wednesday morning with Monday being a bank holiday. Up to date emails, and the aftercare I imagine will be just as excellent when I install the seat. 100% will use for any future purchases.

Helen was fantastic. She was able to provide extensive advice, and also offered a warming ‘human’ touch which reassured myself - worried - going into this matter.

Going forward - every conversation, email thread, phone and video consultation with Emily was exceptional. She too, provided a ‘human’ yet fair representation for all parties involved and had our best interests at heart. Her communication skills and empathy were second to none. Everything was completed in a timely and most effective manner, and we achieved the result we were hoping for.
