Frustration with Poor Customer Service/Satisfactorily Addressed

I have owned my Hydrow since Xmas and have thoroughly enjoyed getting into rowing. I have been an avid Peloton biker and appreciate the diversity of rowing and spinning. The Hydrow library is reasonably large and quite varied and provides unique rowing venues with experienced rowers. I have found customer service at Hydrow to be the 'weak link' for this company. They are either short staffed or lack the 'bench' to address issues (the most frustrating and time consuming has been a systematic problem connecting a heart rate monitor which they have yet to fix). While I remain optimistic, the proof will only come with a timely resolution of this software issue. Carefully evaluate your options before buying.

UPDATE:
Please note that Hydrow has worked to resolve issues with HR monitor and accomplished this fix within appx. 3-4 weeks. Their follow-up and focus has renewed my confidence!!
