Bought pack for friend spending the summer backpacking through Europe. Within the first two days, the bag came apart at the seams. She filled out a warranty claim asking for a replacement. Osprey said no replacement. They would fix it, but it would need to be with them for 10 business days. As a person literally traveling at the time, this obviously wouldn't work. She had to buy a new pack (Not Osprey again, that's for damn sure) so she can continue with her trip. They also suggested that since it was bought in NA, she should probably be getting it taken care of in the US. How messed up that? She had it less than a week, so obviously it was a defect., W.T.F. couldn't they just hand her a new one in Paris?

Mariana is a rockstar. She helped me navigate a cancel and rebook and even fixed a mistake I made during the rebooking. She was helpful, knowledgeable and awesome to deal with.

The plug-in you use to access bank accounts never seems to work. I either get an error message and can't see the plug-in or I'm told a secure gateway couldn't be found.
