Despite not even attempting to take a payment from my account I have received a notice of default - this is without even attempting. It’s also with absolutely no prior warning or prompting - which is because it has been given on the day the payment was due to be made and hasn’t been collected on their part!
Unnecessary stress and upset, I currently am shaking as I can’t even speak to someone on the phone and a chatbot isn’t remotely acceptable for this sort of issue.
God knows how even more vulnerable customers are supposed to deal with this!
