I paid €12 for express delivery
I paid €12 for express delivery, and the shipment was sent via UPS with a "before 12 PM" label. Since the delivery couldn’t be completed before the promised time, the package was marked as "delivery not possible"—there was no actual delivery attempt—and redirected to a Parcel Shop.
I contacted Kruger Customer Service to complain, but they claimed it wasn’t their responsibility because the package arrived the day after the purchase. I will definitely not buy from them again.
Also, I was already aware, but charging €2.90 for returns on such expensive and supposedly "exclusive" products is simply unfair. Just my point of view
