Bait and switch - They owe me $3,600. Don't trust
Paid for a reformer/tower and got a their cheapest ladder barrel. They owe me $3,600 and never responded to my emails. Stay away from this company - cannot be trusted. And watch for their fake reviews and the different names they use on social media to bait you. ORDER No. (added after they denied my order) ＃23011006 and over 10 emails to supportATcigapilatesDOTcom from Jan 2024 - Oct 2024. No response except for the denial of an order on Trustpilot.
