Ordered a woodfire pizza oven on the 9th June for my husband father day. Delivery was 1-3 days, didnt arrive so chased and the lady advised me that unfortunately it would be here after father's day on the 17th, not happy but agreed. Received an email on the 16th advising that due to a system issue the item hasn't been dispatched and had no clear date when it could be. Phone B&Q for an update/refund and the advisor told me he couldn't and that I would have to email the 3rd party seller and await a response. How do B&Q avoid the consumer rights, yes the item is from a verified seller but my money and contract of sale was from B&Q. Not only did my children not have a gift for their dad but it has also ruined plans over the Sunday and now during the week. DO NOT USE B&Q
