I have used Andrew previously before with my 3 bay windows and was happy to use Andrew again for the kitchen window that we hadn’t changed previously, Andrew did a great job both times. He is very professional and knowledgeable, he talked over my options. The job was done very quickly and all was really tidy, I would highly recommend Precision Home Improvements. Terrible company, As you can see form reviews, nice and easy to get a quote and all fine, but after 2 years had 1st Emergency, boiler broke over xmas, called on 22nd December, took 2 hours on phone, text claims, to be told they are busy, didn;t get looked at until 28th December, then not fixed until 10th January, no hot water, got told they can have a hotel for 1 night and best part it didn't even fix it. Tennats have handed notice in!
