Geek Garage is an amazing place to shop if you consider yourself a little geeky. They have great customer service and a lovely selection of items to buy. I highly recommend spending your money in this independent shop.

I can appreciate that deliveries start…

I can appreciate that deliveries start early to get them all done but why does the door have to be open in the proof of delivery photo. Not everyone is awake at these times and certainly not dressed. If the driver speaks to someone on the ring doorbell and they say it’s ok to leave it on the doorstep then why can’t the driver just leave it there like every other delivery company…

Website has issues

Nothing wrong with the product but more of a website purchasing problem. I ordered my necklace, put in my birthday 10% off code and paid.. but then the payment part crashed. It just went white.. after a minute I closed the page on my phone completely and thought I’d try again. Now, the interesting part was the exact same necklace was now showing as £35 and not £30 as it was before. Which was obviously very frustrating. And to top it all off it was saying my birthday code was now invalid…which I knew it wasn’t as I hadn’t actually used it yet. Anyway, I wasn’t going to pay £35 for something that £30 not five minutes beforehand so I didn’t bother retrying. Next day I get an email saying my payment has been declined. Fair enough. I then get another email saying there was still something in my basket.. I checked an the necklace was in there twice at £30 but it wouldn’t let me remove one it kept removing both. I did eventually after clearing my basket manage to order one necklace and the code worked.. I have honestly never been more frustrated with a website. Do better Pandora..
