Website has issues
Nothing wrong with the product but more of a website purchasing problem. I ordered my necklace, put in my birthday 10% off code and paid.. but then the payment part crashed. It just went white.. after a minute I closed the page on my phone completely and thought I’d try again. Now, the interesting part was the exact same necklace was now showing as £35 and not £30 as it was before. Which was obviously very frustrating. And to top it all off it was saying my birthday code was now invalid…which I knew it wasn’t as I hadn’t actually used it yet. Anyway, I wasn’t going to pay £35 for something that £30 not five minutes beforehand so I didn’t bother retrying. Next day I get an email saying my payment has been declined. Fair enough. I then get another email saying there was still something in my basket.. I checked an the necklace was in there twice at £30 but it wouldn’t let me remove one it kept removing both. I did eventually after clearing my basket manage to order one necklace and the code worked.. I have honestly never been more frustrated with a website. Do better Pandora..
