I have been a customer of Intersecure for the past 10 years. A few days ago, I wanted to purchase a Mcafee total protection for £17.75. when i went to checkout to pay by PAPAL, it said there were issues and use an alternative method of payment. The problem it does not give you an option. Tried to use the online chat and waited for 7 minutes, when they said they will come back to me. No response was received. They say they don't have a telephone line because of COVID. COVID has come and gone over 3 years ago. Extremely disappointed with the service.
