I was in and have a dog who always alerts me to people at the door. I cannot find the parcel which the delivery email says was left in the shed. I do not have a shed.

Since writing the above I discovered that my parcel had been delivered to a neighbour and left in a box in their garden (they do not have a shed either). A new replacement delivery arrived today and not only did ring the bell, they allow me time to get to the door and I received an apology for the problems earlier this week which was appreciated. I am really satisfied with Yodels response to investigating the issue and hope I don't receive future notifications that my parcel has been left in a non existent shed. Five stars for responding so quickly but as not happy with original delivery info giving 3 stars overall in this amended review,
