Communication excellent, arrived on time and my oven looks like new

Same size ordered but a different model. Rather tight on the foot.

Delivered on time and driver friendly.

Communication during process was good and the pans arrived in an unrecognisable state (in a good way). I can now use them. A great service.

This is the third installation truhouse have done for me and during all three communications and advice were excellent. Appointment kept and work areas left clean and tidy after job finished. I am delighted. FM

Knocked on door, gave me time to arrive at door and apologised for problem earlier this week.

I was in and have a dog who always alerts me to people at the door. I cannot find the parcel which the delivery email says was left in the shed. I do not have a shed.

Since writing the above I discovered that my parcel had been delivered to a neighbour and left in a box in their garden (they do not have a shed either). A new replacement delivery arrived today and not only did ring the bell, they allow me time to get to the door and I received an apology for the problems earlier this week which was appreciated. I am really satisfied with Yodels response to investigating the issue and hope I don't receive future notifications that my parcel has been left in a non existent shed. Five stars for responding so quickly but as not happy with original delivery info giving 3 stars overall in this amended review,
