This was now the 3rd or 4th order I made and everytime I got what I ordered, by when it was promised, with the stuff in package I ordered. Should be basic, but sometimes at other online shops it isn't. Thanks for it👍

Customer service and communication was great. Picture of the product however was outdated compared to product received. After small research I found the product I received is 99% the same to what was on website. I ordered Meguiar's NXT All Metals polish wax. There was 2 small gift in the box when received - 2 pack of mini Haribo's😀

I placed an order on 17th of NOV, Friday late afternoon. When I submitted the order after that I received an info from FC-moto they started "Mission Black Friday - 15% discount on everything" action. I immediately called FC-moto sales support and wanted to know whether I have to cancel my order with old prices and re-order it again with the 15% discount applied ? Felix Pennartz -the sales contact person I was talking to - was very-very helpful and told me that I have to DO NOTHING. Instead he promised that, he write an internal email to the correspondent department and they will transfer 15% back and I will get the ordered items on discounted price.
I was very well satisfied that this goes this so smoothly !
This is a professional, customer centric business handling, which I will advertise in every place I can to gain you more customers. In fact I told the above story to my younger brother and he just placed an order for you as well!

BTW : I received the order on time, when it was forecasted. It arrived without any damage. Moreover I received back the 15% on my bank account as well!

Ordering process was easy and arrived as promised. Out of 3 ordered product I had to return 1. Return was easy. It takes a bit long till you get back the money, however it was written on the webpage upfront that it takes 15 working days to get returns finally delivered back to Polish warehouse - so no complain. I would recommend the webshop!
