This is exhausting first off
This is exhausting first off. Should never have to go through harder times than are already present in life.
I rented from Lawrence Kansas location beginning late August and through September into October. Had paid via debit as policy states at pickup. Well fast forward two weeks and a large amount of money was debited from my checking randomly and unexpectedly, leaving me with $180 in my account. Fresh out of heart surgery and not working yet, having just moved to Kansas from Vermont to be closer to my son. After being apologized to by Barry and Desiree, also being hung up on by a store employee for no reason. I found out that due to a transactional error the initial money paid had Sat pending for a week and dropped off following an extension and associated cost. Then they took it upon themselves to debit my account for $800. Leaving peanuts in my account. So they apologized and stated changes and training and offered a $200 refund for my frustration. Yeah that went through last week BUT today, after literally getting an emergency loan for $500 and sky high interest, Enterprise went into my account and took back $200!!! So now once again they've put me in a hardship even more than I was. Now I can't get anyone on the phone. I'd initially been told I was getting it right back plus an additional $200, called my bank and the refund was a lie and the $200 additional, according to my bank, isn't even backed up by a transaction. I guess I'll wait days
again for their mess up and not be able to pay for my basics this week. Thanks Enterprise.
Also their 3 vehicles I rented, only one was clean and because it was brand new. The other two were filthy and one was given to me with under a quarter tank of gas.
I'd like to add, following Desiree claiming sincere desire to help and right wrongs, shes now decided to ignore my attempts to reach her.
