I've ordered a Hotpoint washing machine…it leaks and they won't fix it.

I've ordered a Hotpoint washing machine from AO, within two weeks it started leaking water all over the floor. AO will not help. Hotpoint arranged to send an engineer, then cancelled. Do not trust a word of the reassuring guarantees etc. I have a brand new leaking washing machine and have been abandoned by AO and Hotpoint. I won't be buying from AO or a Hotpoint appliance ever again. Update: AO installed a replacement machine, it immediately leaked all over the floor, the engineer initially blamed me until I pointed out the hole in the waste pipe attached to the machine. So, twice in a week AO flooded my place and blamed me. I'm waiting now for a 3rd machine. The service has been appalling and below even the benchmark standard of my statutory legal rights.

Appalling

Appalling. I informed the agent that I do not have a gas supply or gas meter. Next thing, a 'thank you for your contract' email arrived! Total scammers, will lie and cheat just to get sales commission. Good luck with getting me to pay for gas you don't supply.

Another incomplete order delivery

Update:16/5/23 Gorrilas sent me a credit for missing items but not out of date items, they removed the credit and took my money when I left a poor review.

Another incomplete order delivery, as usual it's the most expensive items, a cynical person might think this is a profit generation algorithm as some people won't complain. Complaining, another saga, the 'bot' gets stuck and asks what language you want and how can it help, 20 times, then it freezes. If you email the company you get an automated response saying they'll reply in 24 hours. Many of the products supplied are out of date or within 24 hours of expiry date. This lack of accurate order fulfilment system, basic food storage hygiene issues and non-functional customer service means I have to rate Gorrilas with one astrix, not even a star. Frustrating, inconvenient, time wasting rubbish of a business model.
