Having emailed and filled in online forms been unable to return the unwanted goods

Purchased several items arrived in different shipments.
Used online form to arrange to return items heard nothing so out of pocket now as goods are not suitable
Have since heard from them one advisor has offered an UK address for return another advisor advised return to China or 50% off the goods
