delay in submitting whilst waiting for no show letter.
The process using the online claim was simple but did not allow me to start the claim and submit evidence docs later. As I was claiming for a cancelled outard and return trip, and although I knew in advance I would be unable to travel on either outward or return legs due to my accident and injury I had to wait until after the Return Trip date had passed to receive a No Show letter for both trips to enable me to submit my claim. It would have been much easier had I been able to commence the claim with the outward trip no show letter and show that the return trip no show would be pending. Ryanair did issue the no show letters promptly after requesting them.
