Order arrived on time exactly as promised. This is all anyone wants when they spend their money. This order was a new fridge for our office to replace one we ordered elsewhere a month ago. The original people have not explained why they didn't deliver the fridge, and have not as yet refunded us. We will stick with Beatty's now.

Still no refund. It's been over a month now.
Still waiting for our order. It's been several weeks now. A small fridge was supposed to be delivered in "3 to 5 days". None of our queries have been replied to. We paid via PayPal. Nobody has been in contact with an explanation/apology/refund.
