Very difficult process. On top of having to pay for the cart twice to try and resolve an issue with their shipper, I was told I needed to send additional money to cover their taxes even though it says taxes are covered in the cost. Their shipper has tried to extort money from Genuine and myself just to deliver the cart. Genuine had to get their lawyer involved with the shipper. No cart has been delivered after four months. I have been patient with them in hopes of a resolve.

Update, Garo has been in touch and continues to try to resolve. I'll post the final outcome once complete
