Incredibly helpful customer service
Incredibly helpful customer service, but I will say with certainty that the dress I received was washed and possibly pre worn. There were no tags on it and there were fuzzies in the pockets. The last one I received had tags and had that crisp newness linen has.

This particular style is dyed after it’s made, which gives the linen a softer feel compared to pieces that haven’t gone through that process. That softness can sometimes make it seem different from the crisp, tag-on items you’ve received before, but it hasn’t been worn.
