Simply the best support when having an issue !
Having recently had my mobile service severely compromised I had to contact Tesco customer service. As I was obviously upset/distraught the guy I spoke to was incredibly patient & calming he talked me through the main issue very clearly & advised me accordingly . I was without my service for a few of days but Tesco kept me updated on progress via my landline. They eventually resolved the issue & thankfully I was able to keep my mobile number obviously with different personal security arranged. I can only THANK ( big time) Tesco ( fraud team) for their prompt response &
professionalism .
