I Didn't want to leave a negative review as the posties are always really friendly and deliver with care, but the way this company has been managed into the ground by management is terrible.
Evri literally changed their name to avoid the negativity from Hermes (and they are still pretty rough), but somehow, they are suddenly miles better than Royal Fail.
Since they took on the Amazon contract, I have never received any piece of mail on time. Even tracked 24 took a week to arrive.

Recently bought our first home through Connells Watford branch, and cannot praise them enough.
There were issues with their partner legal services, but Brandon from the Watford office was on hand and helped to ensure the process was as smooth as possible.
At every step of the way, he was available and provided information guiding us through the process, explaining in detail exactly what we could expect and how we could manage it.
Towards the end of the process, the legal side required lots of witnessed signatures, which Brandon was happy to do for us on numerous occasions, and continued to explain what everything meant and how it would work.
This would have been a very different (and unpleasant) experience if it wasn't for him, so Thank you Brandon for getting us through it!

Was very dubious about ordering from a random record store in Greece (especially with shipping to Brexit Britain) but took a gamble as they were the only place I managed to find selling a specific record I was after.
But very pleased with the service.
Got the standard email confirmation after ordering, but also got a tracking number email once it was dispatched.

From ordering to my door was a little over a week, and item was packaged really securely, arriving in pristine condition. Definitely was not expecting it to arrive so fast!

Prices of both the record and shipping were very reasonable, meaning it still worked out about the same as if I could have found it here.

Will definitely be keeping an eye on this site for rare releases in future!

Bought a vinyl album from them as it was by far the cheapest I found online. Was a bit unsure at first, but took the risk. Glad I did, as it was delivered promptly and packaged well. Very happy with my purchase and will be keeping an eye on them for more deals!

I'm not really an audiophile, but after looking for a new system, booked in to demo it at the Watford store.
Sami took the booking over the phone and joined me for the demo when I arrived. I brought some CDs so we listened to the genuinely breathtaking sounds from the Denon DM41 with Dali Spektor 2 speakers. While we listened, we chatted for a bit about music tastes and the system itself, including lots of information about getting the most from the speakers.
Once I was sold on the stereo, we discussed my needs for cables and clips, which he explained in detail the differences and made suggestions to help me out (not just the most expensive stuff to make a sale!)

After joining the VIP club, Sami helped me with the boxes to the car.

This was probably the best retail experience I ever had! In an age of online shopping, having these guys being so friendly and helpful adding the personal touch was brilliant.

Paul Garbett is an absolutely fantastic advisor. At every step of the way, he provided full support and explained in detail how everything works.

I had already spoken with a number of mortgage advisors before talking to Paul, some of which gave me the feeling we were just a paycheck for them, but from the first call with Paul, his calm, engaging nature put us at ease about the whole situation, and we never once felt pressured or 'sold to', Paul found the best product for us and provided solid advice along the way.

After every call with him, I left with more knowledge and confidence than before, and he has been instrumental in getting us through the process.
