Extremely horrible service
Very disappointed and annoyed
I ordered 12 boxes of hidden cupcakes
I received completely wrong order just 7 boxes of out of date plain cupcakes and one celebration cake
They were dry and horrible
I ordered them for a party and everyone was extremely disappointed and annoyed
I called the customer service but they were not understanding and just kept me on hold for 20 mins
No solution and I’m out of pocket
They sent the wrong items out of date items without even letting me know and now they are saying it’s the customers fault
I do not work in Sainsbury’s to check the dates this not my job
At least have the decency to let the customer know
You should do that before sending anything out to the valuable customers
I have honestly lost all respect for this store
If I could give zero star I would
