Ordered a fridge the box had a few…

Ordered a fridge the box had a few dings nothing major. Massive dent in the lid and the side, ordered for a customer. They wanted to swap it rightfully for an undamaged one but was told because I signed for it I’d only get a partial refund, and I’d have to return the damaged unit at my expense.

Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid. Order it elsewhere. Save yourself the heartache and any frustration, awkward conversations with your customer etc.

Evil working for evil

Was on the road for less than 2 minutes, explained I’m struggling to afford the £90 fine as I’m the only worker in the family with a severely disabled child and I’m not from the area and she didn’t care whatsoever, no sympathy or help or advice

Good fragrances

Good fragrances, have ordered a couple of times but ordered before Christmas for a gift and paid for express service and was told I would receive before the big day only to arrive 07/01. Emailed to cancel and got no response. Probably won’t use again

Worst car buying experience of my life

Drove 200 miles for the car, car was fine but discovered it had no paperwork after I paid the deposit and warranty. Had to get taken to a cash point to pay deposit. Was told the lady who previously owned it was in the hairdresser and will send a picture of new keeper slip 'within the hour' but never came, so had to drive back 200 miles without tax. Was told I would receive logbook in 4-5 weeks, I checked with DVLA who confirmed they received nothing to say car was sold - had to pay £25 for a new logbook which I found unprofessional from a dealership. Said they were going to pay me for the logbook then just ghosted/ignored me. If you're looking for a half decent car buying experience, look elsewhere.
