Great customer service form Sanjay in store in Staples corner - went above and beyond to ensure we were making the best decision in terms of our selection giving plenty of tips re support, design etc.

Poor communication!!!

Poor communication - been waiting for over 2 months on any form of correspondence after contact with the airline was made per the online account. Email address appears to never work so that’s 3/4 months of wasted time attempting to made a claim here

Hi Maria, I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our service. I can see we did send update emails to you in November 2022, however I can see further emails have since not been sent to you. Please accept our apologises as this is not the level of communication we want for our customers. I will inform the relevant manager regarding this to ensure that we improve our communication with our customers regarding their claim status. I can confirm your claim is being prepare for court and our legal team are making their final checks before we proceed.
