Disastrous December service
I have been using Moonpig for a number of years as I live in France and it works well for me. Unfortunately my recent orders haven’t gone well at all.I ordered a card for my sons birthday on 6th December, it didn’t arrive until 12th.I ordered a card and balloon for his partner on 1th December, it never arrived! I then ordered a Christmas plant arrangement for my mum, when it arrived on 22nd, the soil and the plants were in the bottom of the box!!
I received credits for all these, which were dealt with efficiently, but I think you need to look into your delivery partners, particularly at busy times such as Christmas, as gifts mean such a lot, particularly when people live a long way apart.
