It's impossible to get through to anyone to resolve problems. I placed an order for next day delivery and four days later it still hadn't been sent. I had to apologise to my plumber and order from elsewhere as there was still no indication as to whether or not my order was going to be sent.
Now, the joy of getting refunded.

Alas, a company is only as good as the local agents they utilise. I purchased flowers with a cake from them only for them to be delivered late with the cake having been dropped and therefore ruined. A total failure... would not recommend under any circumstances.
Delivered my first box to the wrong address and despite me calling them to complain refused to refund me. The person receiving my call was just reading from a script and wouldn't even process my complaint. Can't be trusted. Won't ever order from them again.

As a company, we work to a 11:59 pm deadline, five days prior to your delivery day. Once the deadline has passed we go to our suppliers and order the ingredients we need to fulfill the orders for the coming week and update our couriers so they can plan their delivery routes. We completely understand how last minute changes may pop up, however, we do have this deadline in place to ensure we're responsible and ethical from a food waste and sourcing perspective. The deadline applies to any changes that need to be made on your account, including a change in delivery address if needed.

I had been considering using weight loss medication for a while but cost was the major barrier. When I saw innopharm's ad I was uncertain but placed my order anyway. The medication arrived extremely quickly and so far I've lost 10kg. Extremely happy with the results so far.
