On 21st August i spoke on the phone to ask for a form to transfer my bond to the grandson, after several phone calls later asking where this form had got to, I phoned again today (24 September)and was told, 'sorry we spelt Internet wrong' on my bt Internet.com email.
Incompetent at least.
