I think more communication at the outset to say how long one would have to wait for the delivery.
Also the cannister looks quite battered and could do with a new paint job.

Hi Waseem, thank you for your feedback. We do offer live tracking on the day of delivery so customers can see when their order is on the way. As you selected our free delivery service, we group deliveries by area to make our journeys more efficient – but we also have a £5 next-day delivery option if you need your gas more urgently.
Regarding the cylinders, all LPG bottles are recirculated and go through a full refurbishment process once every 15 years to ensure they remain safe and compliant, even if they sometimes look a little worn on the outside.
