Went on website absolutely lovely brought a loom
Received email on the Monday stating it had been shipped. Checked tracking every day. Wednesday shows that it had inky just been sent. Not impressed still haven't received item they could if just been a bit more honest about when it was shipped not just when label was purchased

They have left me freezing been on phone since yesterday no answer. Gave me code two days ago didn't work. Forced to have pre pay because of there incompetence.
